1 · Send us what you run today
Divisions, rules, last season's results if you have them. A flyer and a spreadsheet is plenty. If your standings are already public, that is enough on its own.
2 · We build it and show you
Not a generic demo — your divisions, your scoring, your players' names where you gave them to us. You react to something real instead of a pitch deck.
3 · You decide whether to run it
If it is wrong, tell us and we change it, usually the same day. If you do not want it, keep the build. There is nothing to cancel.
The straight version
Fair questions, straight answers
What does it cost the club?
Nothing, and there is no trial clock. We run one ladder for you free. You keep your entry fee, your rules and your members.
Why would you do that for free?
Because it is how we meet clubs. We also sell club software — booking, memberships, payments. Running your ladder is how you find out whether we are any good before anyone asks you to buy anything. If you never buy the rest, the ladder stays free.
Do we have to change how our ladder works?
No. We build it around your rules, including scoring most software will not do. Gates Tennis Center runs "throw out your losses"; that is live in our engine because they run it, not because we liked it.
What do our players have to install?
Nothing. They get a link. Signing in takes about twenty seconds in a browser.
Who does the admin?
We do the parts that are software: signups, standings, scheduling, reminders, score entry, ratings. You keep the parts that are judgment.
What if we already have ladder software?
Then this is probably not urgent, and we will say so. The clubs we help most are running a ladder by hand — a spreadsheet, a whiteboard, a group text.
