For clubs, meetups & anyone who runs tennis
You run the tennis.
We run everything else.
Free event software for round robins, socials, and club nights. You get a signup link, draws, and score entry. Your players get a real rating. Your first event takes five minutes to set up.
Host your first event — free No card · no catch · no app download for players
How it works
Three steps, zero spreadsheets
1 · Post your event
Title, date, court, level range, cap, entry fee if you charge one. Publishing takes five minutes and gives you one link to share anywhere — Meetup, the group chat, a flyer.
2 · Players sign up in 20 seconds
Name, email, level. No app, no password. You see everyone's level before the event, which makes balanced groups easy. If it fills up, the waitlist runs itself.
3 · Enter scores, done
We suggest round-robin pairings. You record what actually got played. Every match counts, so players leave with a rating that moved that same day.
Why players come back
The rating is the reason
Nobody else gives a Saturday round-robin player a real rating. Your players leave with one, and the next day they get an email showing how each match moved it. (The rating algorithm is public.) That's a reason to come back to your next event.
Casual games don't change ratings. Matches at your event do, because you enter the scores.
Players get one email with their record and new rating. That's it. They're your people, not ours to spam.
Signups, waitlist, levels, scores, ratings: handled. You bring the balls.
The money
Free for you. And then it pays you.
Your entry fees stay yours
Charge whatever you like and collect it however you already do — Venmo, cash, the club till. RallyClimb takes nothing.
Coming soon, if you want it: players pay when they sign up, and we pay you out automatically. People who prepaid show up. Flat 10% with card fees included, so you keep 90% and your players never see an extra fee.
And your ladder, also free
If you run a standing ladder as well as one-off events, we run that for you too — your divisions, your rules, your entry fee, at no cost. Same ratings underneath, so a player's event results and ladder results are one record.
Questions
Fair questions, straight answers
What does it cost?
Nothing. Events, the signup page, draws, score entry, and ratings are all free. Not a trial. If you charge entry, you collect it however you already do and keep all of it.
Do my players need to download anything?
No. You share one link; signing up takes about 20 seconds in the browser — name, email, level. Their rating is live before they arrive.
What makes an event "verified"?
You enter the scores, so the results are real. Matches at your event count toward players' ratings. Casual games that players report themselves don't count.
I already run a group (Meetup, WhatsApp, a club). Does this replace it?
No. Keep organizing wherever your people are. RallyClimb replaces the signup spreadsheet and the scoresheet, and it does the one thing you can't do by hand: give every player a real rating.
Can you handle the money too?
Soon, as an option. Players will pay when they register, and we pay you out automatically. The fee is a flat 10% with card charges included, so you keep 90%. Until then, collect entry however you like and keep all of it.
What's the catch?
There isn't a paid tier waiting for you. We sell club software — booking, memberships, payments — to facilities. Events and ratings are free because they are how clubs and organizers meet us.
Run a facility?
Players and courts, one team
Your ladder — free for facilities
Everything on this page works for clubs and facilities too: a year-round ladder for your players, run under your name, with signups, scheduling, and ratings handled. You gain programming; your players gain a real rating. It costs your facility nothing.

Court booking your front desk will like — members book in seconds with no account or app, open play and waitlists work out of the box, and it's one flat price with no contract. Same team, one conversation to set up either — or both.
Your next event, minus the admin
Five minutes to publish. One link to share. Every player leaves with a rating.
